NATIONAL EAGLE SCOUT ASSOCIATION .
The purpose of the National Eagle Scout Association (NEBSA) Pittsburgh is to identify Eagle Scouts and to provide a manpower resource for the Council – to serve Eagle Scouts and through them, the entire movement of Scouting. The local chapter of the National Eagle Scout Association provides a variety of programs for both youth and adult Eagle Scouts including:
